I have also experienced the missing first character problem. I am on 2.028, but I reported it on RFSQUARED anyway. I encourage others to also report it so they will not think I am nuts. _____________

John, No problem. The noise that occurs is so loud it hurts my ears when it happens (wearing headphones). I believe that there is a combination or combinations of settings that case the DSP to get a

Lin, Yes the local ham (George K9WWT) and I are trying to duplicate the problem as well. Then we can tell TT how to replicate and hopefully get it addressed. I have had it happen with notch settings,

There may be timing/priority issues, but I find it hard to believe that the CPU is overloaded. Maybe we just need to add some ten-tec RF boards to a Cray XT3 to solve the problem. It could probably
