- When I had this malady on 160 on my VI+, the factory replaced all the relays on some board, about $350.00. They also in that redid something to bring the 30M output up to spec. 73 de W6OGC Jim Allen

- Bob...is the low pass filter board such that the relays can be removed with the board in the radio...or does the low pass filter board have to come out? Am I correct in that EITHER K4 or K5 could be

- Yes the vacuum desoldering system is great. The board does not plug in. Only cables. The board is held in place by 4 screws. The relay coils are parallel on the board. Applying 12V to one does apply
