When I had this malady on 160 on my VI+, the factory replaced all the relays on some board, about $350.00. They also in that redid something to bring the 30M output up to spec. 73 de W6OGC Jim Allen

Yes the vacuum desoldering system is great. The board does not plug in. Only cables. The board is held in place by 4 screws. The relay coils are parallel on the board. Applying 12V to one does apply
