Red stuff might be wheel bearing grease for high temperature applications with disk brakes. I'm sure the right stuff isn't the open gear grease made for exposed gears on surface mining machinery that

Lou: The PTO rebuild kit from Ten Tec comes with an ample supply of grease. It's green, kinda thick and sticky. Don't use a light grease or the PTO drive will slip. 73, Bob WB2VUF ___________________
