I was operating my Omni V.9 when I noticed 40 meters had no RX or TX. I checked the other bands and found 30 meters was also out. The display on these bands is ok and I can hear very strong signals.

Hi John, I would first look at the Low Pass Filter board. It sounds like one of the relays (input or output) is not making good contact. Also check to see that the voltage that pulls the relays in is

John, Put the antenna on the rx ant jack (don't forget to switch the ant switch) and hook the antenna to it, if it receives fine on 40/30 meters then more than likely there is something wrong with th
