Bob, There is a pretty simple mod to the Omni 6 that TT makes. It requires you to leave you power supply running all the time and then use the Omni 6 ON/OFF knob to power the Omni. They just brought

If your Opt3 is using the crystal oven, then you can, as another poster pointed out, just leave the power supply on at all times (with the rig off unless it's being used). This will power the crystal
