If it's the same as the Orion, yes the ring/collar pulls off. The way it works on the Orion: pull off the collar; put on the inner knob with setscrew aligned with the flat of the shaft. When you put

OK, got it! I thought these were one-piece plastic knobs designed to look like the 2-function stacked control knobs on my Paragon. Got the sleeve off, used the supplied tool and got it reattached now
