I have experienced the same problem on my Orion II, and it's definitely the T/R relay. I got a new one from TT and installed it a fraction of an inch above the circuit board and wrapped it in silicon

But on all tentec radios, semi qsk still runs the transmit antenna relay at the full qsk rate. The only difference is the receiver is muted for the semi timeout. The only way to know if the noise is
