Hi Andy, Are you saying that there are two (2) batteries in the Orion-II? I was not aware of this. Please enlighten me. I only know of the Memory battery module, the square Yellow one. 73, Tony VE3DW

Yes Tony there are 2 batts in the box. It is a button battery, I think it is a 3025. Seems to me that it is on the tuner board, but not sure been awhile. If you have the covers off it is easy to see.
