I use an ACOM 1000 with my Orion. I use the keying loop and have no problems at all. It works well. By the way, when using the keying loop, there are no timing parameters to set. The only timing parm

Richard I have an Acom 1000 here which I key using the amp key line. I haven't bothered with the loop connection. It works great as does my Alpha 87A, which is also switched using the amp key line. 7
