- I run my TS-B2000 Kenwood on am driving the Centurion at about 375 watts of carrier and unless I tell anyone they say they do not know it is not plate modulated. Actually it has better low frequency

- The Orion is an excellent AM exciter. I use mine in that mode driving an AL-1200, audio from a Symetrix 528E and EV RE-20 through the AUX input. It automatically sets the output power to maintain 100

- Although a 95% c.w. person, I did, on a few occassions, check in on an 80 meter AM net. Everyone on the net gave me a good or above average report. I ran barefoot, without the linear for all the test
