- I have an old DX2-66 486 with 64 meg of RAM; it runs Windows 98 very nicely, thank you. It has 4 16550 serial ports and a PS2 mouse; it does not seem to be significantly slower than the P-100 with 32

- I was using a 486/66 with windows 3.1. The display lags behind the tuning especially when tuning withthe 302 optional tuning knob. Ocasionally the 302 would quit altogether taking the S meter with it

- Yes, I use only 16550's now. They work fine up to 115kbd, which ought to be fast enough for a Pegasus, or even a K2. Thats still a heap slower than the DX2-66 CPU, so its down to the memory overhead
