its 3100 volts at 230 + line volts, i would suspect that you have a lower line voltage, if you think that 2900 is low, i took mine down to st. martien again this year for c.q.w.w. 99 phone, the line

No adjustment is available. Mine runs only 2600V, no load, for Ep, but still puts out rated power. It was higher, but at one point the bias supply transistor blew out and it has never been as high si
