Dean, The TT 777 is a bust with my Orion 1. The VOX constantly chopped up no matter what the vox trip, vox hang time and anti vox settings. Microphone gain settings also met with the same result(s).

Have you changed the battery lately? Its an active noise canceling headset, so may need a bit of power to work. 32 ohm cans ought to have enough sensitivity for the low impedance output of the Orion.
