With two essentially equally performing receivers, why continue to think in terms of main and subreceiver? You can always use the RX366 as the "main" receiver. One beautiful thing about the Orion is

I am not overly concerned about labels; I would like to switch the output between the receivers. I could, that way, use the RXs on different bands, and switch the proposed IF output between receivers
