The symptoms sound like RF feedback via the microphone circuit. Since the problem just started occurring, look for disconnected cables, loose connections, corrosion, etc. The dummy load test suggests

My guess would be the connection has failed between the coax, and your antenna, or the antenna has failed, and only one leg is still connected to the center insulator. Just a guess, but, again, the "
