Hello Dean, The latest updates of the Orion and Orion II both utilize the RF AGC system. It was the first utilized in both rigs before we added the capability to select between the AF AGC or RF AGC.

I'm also going to really miss the v1 S meter acting full scale, even with RF Gain reduced. It would be great if there was a v2 RX menu option to choose "v1" or "v2" S meter action. 73, Barry N1EU ___
