The Orion looks big enough to hold a tuner. Perhaps they'll have an option for an internal auto tuner (a la AT-11 type) similar to the option offered for the Jupiter. Just a thought. Art, N2KA

I aggree Dale. Personally, I'm not "Swr Phobic" as some folks think a radio will die if it doesn't see 50 ohms. I had forgetten that Ten Tec rigs don't have that big power fold back like the JA rigs

My Omni VI has a button on it that says TUNE also. It keys the transmitter and has nothing to do with an internal tuner. I suppose it COULD mean an internal tuner but, knowing what the TUNE means on
