You should not turn the ALC on the Triton IV "all the way up". The amount of ALC should be set so that the ALC light just winks on your voice peaks for whatever band you are transmitting on. 73, Larr

There is no voltage adjust inside. Only a crowbar adjustment for overcurrent. However, you can jack up the voltage to 13.8 or so by adding a series diode or two to the reference diode already there.
