Scott, Can you describe in more detail the "popping" you are hearing? At what part of the keying cycle do you hear it? I have a couple of CorsairIIs and I can't say I've noticed that problem on eithe

Hi Scott, Part of the source is AGC I believe. Use Slow AGC and Slow QSK and that will get rid of a good bit of it. Sidetone keying is another source. If you get rid of these two sources, there is st

Thanks Joe--have tried that to minimize it as well. Perhaps when your DDS sidetone arrives it may improve things (?)...I may adjust teh tone for now so that it is not as bass heavy--that may help as
