Alex, PVC pipe in no shape or form will work for your intended purpose. You couldn't guy it enough to make it stable and it is prone to breakage right at the diameter change of a glued joint. Militar

Both PVC and ABS are totally unusable for such a tall mast. Neither one is stiff enough in those lengths, and if you tried to guy them in enough places to keep them up you wouldn't have room for any

Speaking of military poles... I have not tried it myself due to small backyard, but "VHF Field Day" friend of mine told me that if you are stubborn enough and guy it very well you can go up to 30-40

The design I have in mind is here - http://dl2kq.de/mmana/lib/Loops/Switch/3el-slope_delta80.png It is 22 (or 24?) meter high non-conductive mast. Spacing between tops of the loops is about 6...7 fee

If the loops are horizontally polarized, you don't need a non conducting mast. If they are vertically polarized, you merely need to insulate the mast from ground; no significant current will flow in

OK ... I see now that it is supposed to be parasitically directive. Your original post said that the three loops would be in the shape of a pyramid, which I took to mean that they would be arrayed sy
