A nice option available in middle TN is a 1 cu yard mixer on a trailer from the tool rental house. For ~$130, they load and mix the concrete in the mixer, you bring your pick-up truck (HD preferred)

I used one of those types when I poured my tower base and guy anchors. They are usually small businesses with 1 or 2 trucks. He keeps VERY busy around here with all the mud, trees and steep grades. H
