I have a 3-foot vertical piece of EMT whic is buried in cement. Inside the EMT is a piece of 3-wire cord which is broken off about one foot inside. I tried pounding the cord through to the other side

2-3 inches below where the cord is broke off. After replacing the cable just add a coupling and a new short piece of EMT. Yes, but "the EMT is buried in cement." I couldn't drill out the cord. It de
