The cabling would be simple. The lift would be proportional the the weight and resistance to moving of each section. The natural tendency would be for the lighter sections to go up first and heavier

On UST towers, if the 2nd to bottom section is blocked by chaining it to the bottom section (which never moves), it will simply stall the winch. Nothing will move. Rick N6RK _________________________
