FWIW - apparently the birds are different in Arizona -- When I took down my KT34 to rebuild it with the redesigned M2 element clamps etc - It took me hours with long pole and swabs and hose to clean

Hank I had a KT-34 more than 30 years ago in Burnaby, BC and had barn swallows build nests in the boom ends, same issue. Here on Vancouver Island its rain however no issues with the traps on my Mosle
