I dont Know Why everyone continues to bash force 12. Their customer service is excellent. I have never had a problem with them, (customer service), even though I have had problems with parts missing

Natan used to handle email and he left the company. Force 12 is not a good company to deal with if you have tuning/installation problems with your antenna. You will have to debug it yourself. However

I did exactly the same thing to a C-3SS (FD). However, it took them more than two months to get me a replacement. After one month, I resorted to calling them at least once a week, then once per day.
