Re anti climb requirements: they might be in you local/state codes or specified in a conditional use permit. I don't think the UBC/IBC requires them. My EMA tower CUP required them or a fence. So I u

Two of my towers are Rohn 25G. One has the Rohn anti-climbing section at the bottom. The other tower emulates this with three pieces of 3/4" Marine plywood, 11" X 8'. One goes on each side of the bot
