I would think the marine supply place will also have ways to attach the pulley to the top of a sailboat mast, which looks remarkably like a gin pole with a pulley at the top? Looking through the arch

Tower Dudes: You might try IIX Equipment Limited for such items. They typically have an ad in QST. I purchased a head/pulley set from them at the Dayton Hamvention at least 10 years ago..............

I built my own and it works very well. I'll try to put up a photo of the head, but essentially it is a end cap for the steel pipe I used for the pole. I found several caps that would work, some I had
