A machine shop should be able to drill out the broken bolts and re-tap the holes for new bolts. The new bolts may have to be the next size up but that shouldn't be a problem. That's what I did when I

On my rotors I have replaced the bolts with studs, locktited and a jam nut to keep them in place. Then when on the tower I just set it on the plate & put flat, lock & nut on from the bottom. Before I

If you drill and re-tap, replace the original bolts with threaded studs, and fix them in place with permanent thread-lock. Then use Nylok nuts, which can be removed much more easily if anything goes

Jim's idea of replacing the bolts with studs, is an excellent one. I'll certainly be doing this to my HAM IV's that I am overhauling at the moment. I had a similar problem, and successfully extracted
