My Ham IV manual, page 20, says that the resistance across terminals 1 and 2 should read .4 Ohms. I see no place where resistance should be 4 Ohms. My HAM IV manual is dated 1 Aug 84 and is PN 801935

It may not be a typo at all, but an unforgivable mistake. It is NEVER a good idea to publish technical information with values like ".4". It should always be written with a leading zero as in "0.4".
