I would put it at 40 feet now and move it to 80 ft in 2-3 years. I have TH7s at 25, 40 and 76 ft. The one at 25 feet frequently outperforms either of the 2 higher ones, even when phased, into EU. My

The way to answer this is to get a copy of YT (free with the ARRL Antenna Book) and try superimposing the arrival angles from various DX locations on the actual patterns at various heights over YOUR

Pete, What antenna heights are used in the YT model at the DX end? I know N6BV modeled 100 ft high antennas for 80 thru 17M and 60 ft high antennas for 15 through 10 in his original propagation studi
