Here in Southern CA, they charge by the pound with a #200 minimum. I don't remember how much per pound but am getting ready to have a 3 section tubular tower and free standing rotor base re-galvanize

So, why not just re-rivet the sections. Get a Sack of the proper size (round head) aircraft rivets, a hammer, and bucking bar. A pneumatic tool is faster but not as easy to control for the novice as

This is indeed a BX and yep, they are aluminum. A lot of the rivets are corroded and I had a quick though when I started on it to replace the ones that were corroded but figured it wouldn't be worth
