i have taken down a couple that were up with house brackets. they work ok. you do have to be sure that you anchor them to an appropriately reinforced wall, don't just drill into normal attic framing

Last summer I put up 3 sections (two regular, one with the triangular top and thrust bearing) on the back deck of a two story wood framed and sided house with a Rohn bracket about 15' above the deck.

Well that depends on the wind load. Using a house bracket with extra concrete should do just fine without the need of guy wires. Yes, there are folks who also get away with just concrete, but I perso
