I used option 2. I did not want the bundle to freeze down on the winter. I encased the coax (9913F) in 1/2 inch heater hose at the arms to keep it from kinking. And I staggered the arms over an angle

You should go to my web site to get a clearer picture..basically the three wires ..coax, rotor, band switcher are fed into a 70 foot Chinese braid, now we only have to work with one fat wire/cable...
