Due to the fact of no rain/moisture, I am thinking it can't be the caps leaking moisture in the tubes, so I am thinking it must be the Balun. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
