So it has the detectors at the remote head and a N-conductor cable back to the controller? The QEX article talks about both. The parts list in QEX is for the transformer coupler, but you've also got

The stripline coupler was under development when the article was submitted to QEX, but I abandoned it for a couple reasons by the time the article was published. There are two BNC cables between the
