- It looks like I am having the problem I was warned might happen .... with a long run of rotor cable (abt 275 feet of RG-58U for reed switch) I am loosing pulse counts and the direction indicator is l

- Terry, I am using a 2800 with over 300 ft of conductor. The pulses feed thru 150 ft of rotor conductor cable into 2 conductors of Romex type buried cable with no problems. I suspect your problem migh

- Quite a bit of capacitance in that much RG-58. Perhaps that's the problem? _______________________________________________ See: http://www.mscomputer.com for "Self Supporting Towers", "Wireless Weath

- Do you have a connector at the end of the pigtail from the rotor? A friend had issues with his Orion 2800 and it turned out the connector was the culprit. He hard wired the rotor and he hasn't had a

- Hi Terry... I just finished installing a 350ft run for a M2'd 2800DC. I ran two runs of #12 Burial Romex (250ft roll for $45 at Home Depot) from the house to the tower (About 200 ft each, total of 6
