IIRC, the main diffs between the '259 and '269 are the A/D converters (8-bit vs 12-bit) and the addition of 70cm on the '269. I also found this reference on MFJ's product info page for the '269... "Y

Juha: there are other options for antenna analizers, you can check the QST may 2005, there you can find the diferences in all the comercial brands . for my point of view , if you don't need the UHF ,
