Has anyone ever taken an extra Cushcraft 40 meter element and added to an existing XM-240 with a longer boom to make a 3 element yagi? Seems it would work to me. Gregg K9KL __________________________

Hi GreggI've never tried that but I believe that if it's close enough to act as another parasitic element it will have to couple into the driven element and would most likely lower the feedpoint impe
