- Scott, You got me looking the stuff up on Wikipedia, it looks like Fullers Earth is just about the same thing, it is a clay, just depends what the main ingredient is. Actually it looks like fullers E

- Fuller's earth is similar to bentonite and various other things. They're all real hygroscopic, which helps retain the water, which means good conductivity. I suppose Kieselguhr would work too. ______
