I've used a couple of the smaller Mosley tribanders over the years and they worked fine with the insulated, split dipole driven element fed directly with coax. Jim W9TM ______________________________

Skip: Mosley usually says make a coax balun about 6 inches in diameter of about 8 turns. At least that's what they said on my Classic 33 I used to have. Tom, WW5L ____________________________________
