- Ok Guys and Gals I have a TA34XL Why does Mosley say to use NO balun on the antenna ???? No 1:1 no anything, Straight Coax to the rig I called Mosley after I read the instructions and they said don't

- I've used a couple of the smaller Mosley tribanders over the years and they worked fine with the insulated, split dipole driven element fed directly with coax. Jim W9TM ______________________________

- Skip: Mosley usually says make a coax balun about 6 inches in diameter of about 8 turns. At least that's what they said on my Classic 33 I used to have. Tom, WW5L ____________________________________
