The rumor going around Pacificon last month is that it is OK for HF, but the bandwidth of "900 MHz" is wildly optimistic. The user interface and documentation is terrible. Possibly worth $40 though,

I have one. It is really good up to 70cm. Not used higher. Instructions and documentation are poor. Expect a long learning curve. 73, Keith NM5G I see the NEW NanoVNA Vector Network Analyzer 50KHz-90

I have had one for about 2 months. With its small size and low cost, it is an excellent tool when you need to check things out at the top of a tower. Dropping a $40 VNA is one thing. Dropping a $300

Talked to a local ham this morning who has one and keeps track of firmware changes. He thinks the problem with higher frequency operation is because of lack of shielding in the circuit. 73, Keith NM5
