I also have been considering a Hazer. The GM literature offers a wheel kit for the Rohn 25 Hazer. They are not spring loaded but I think that it would be a good investment as I also have heard storie

I completed a heavy duty H-4 Hazer with roller bearings (wheels) installation on 25G a few weeks ago. I'd have to bring it down to measure the clearance but I'm guessing it is about 1/8" - definitely
