My old Rohn catalog with drawings of all the various Rohn 25 and 45 top sections has disappeared. I thought I could get the dimensions off the flat plate top section, since those holes are for the TB

Jerry, I don't have the hole pattern, but if you have the bearing, and need to make a pattern, you can tape a piece of thin paper to the bearing, then use the "side" (vs the point) of an ordinary lea
