I don't know the part numbers but it is called a "drive in base." There is one with a plate and a single rod in the center and another with a plate and three rods. I imagine anywhere you can buy Rohn

There are at least 3 versions. One, is just a plain "dirt base" which looks like a short tower section with plates welded on the sides. Bore a hole large enough for it to fit, drop in, fill with sand
