to being with Yep. The pin is just there to keep the bottom of the tower from kicking out so it doesn't have to be real plumb or anything. If the concrete is already dried, it's about a 5-minute job

the far, is it, drill a the I hate working on rope guyed tower like that... it seems easier to me to assemble the first 3 sections with guy wires attached and stand them up field day style then set
