Hello again, In rebuilding/cleaning my TH6, I find a questionable adjustment called out in the book. DE4 shows 32 1/4" CW, 32 1/2" LO PHONE, 32" HI PHONE. Shouldn't the 32 1/4" figure be bigger since

Hi Tom, Go with the lengths in the manual. I'm not very familiar with the TH6 (I have a TH7), however, experience with yagis in general says that sometimes elements can be shorter or longer than one

You need to look at the WHOLE element. For example, is the inner part longer on CW than on SSB? This could explain the very slightly shorter dimension between the traps and on the end of the element.
