I actually measured the pattern of my TH7 and its replacement, a JK Mid-Tri, under exactly the same conditions. The TH7 pattern actually looked a bit better, with better f/b. I can't compare forward

The TH-7 is a very under appreciated antenna. Read some of the reviews on eham.net Particularly one from W3JK. Are they state-of-the-art? Of course not. But they still work great multiple decades aft
