Just putting up a new TX455. The base plate comes with 3 nuts on each long bolt embedded in the concrete. Question is: Do 2 nut belong below the baseplate for locking the level, and one nut above the

If I remember correctly, two nuts below the baseplate. One nut below is ok if mortar is used below baseplate. This was detailed in the drawing package I received. ____________________________________
