Alan, Investigate the Universal Aluminum towers. I believe you will find they have a very heavy duty tower in the height and windload you mention. Over a long period, the maintainence will be minimal

Well, they were originally designed by the same guy that designed the US Towers - Lou Tristao - so I guess they'd be FB as antenna support structures. I don't have any information about their deliver
