I've had great success with Metacrylics as a deck/roofing material over living space. see metacrylics.com A sun protection/walk on layer is recommended over the sealing layer. Grant KZ1W Hello Gents,

I have used Thompson's Water Seal on concrete slabs. It is good stuff, not too pricey, easy to apply (use a garden sprayer), and lasts 2-3 + years before another coat is required even with heavy traf
